The Supply of Camouflage Face Paint NATO Stock Number: 6850998862850, Specification Number: UK/SC/5772 Issue 6. Babcock DSG Limited, acting as agents for the UK MoD, seeks to place a Framework Agreement for a period of 4 years for the Supply of Camouflage Face Paint. Tenderers shall be invited to submit bids for the specification: UK/SC/5772 issue 6, dated 10.11.2016. Babcock DSG Limited reserves the right to add further items of a similar nature to the contract post award. Expressions of Interest to participate in this requirement are to be submitted on the DCO by completing the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). The PQQ shall be assessed on the DCO using the selection criteria given within the PQQ and within each question. Only those suppliers who provide all mandatory information and are not subject to a mandatory exclusion will be invited to tender. Access to the PQQ requires a code, which can be found at VI.3) An electronic copy of the tender documentation is provided on the supporting documents tab of the DPQQ. These documents are for information only and you are not required to comment/respond to them. The specification document shall also be provided in the supporting documentation for the PQQ. Any resulting Contract shall contain a set of Key Performance Indicators to measure performance in areas such as delivery and quality, and shall include remedies for poor performance. In accordance with the Government's transparency agenda, the Authority shall publish the Tender and Contract documents online. Further guidance shall be provided with the ITT.
