Tender description
Halton Borough Council is seeking to establish a Framework for the provision of local bus routes. The Framework will be used to procure all contracted bus services, and shuttle services by mini bus. This will run for an initial two year period with the potential to extend for a further one two year period at the discretion of the Council and dependent upon performance.
