This PIN notice is to notify the market that within the next 1-3 months the University of Exeter intends to undertake a procurement exercise to identify and deliver an optimal solution that is capable of supporting the existing and future infrastructure and its services for WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, Fixed Voice, Audio & Video Conferencing & Mobile inc M2M and Audio Visual. It is the University's intention at this point in time to include the below within the scope of the procurement: Networks & Telecommunications (including the design, supply, install and support, maintenance and managed operations) 1.Core Network \ LAN. 2.Wireless. 3.Mobile. 4.Telephony (Analogy & IP). 5.High Speed/Capacity fibre connectivity. 6.Student-Com \ Halls network WiFi and wired. 7.Network Security. Audio Visual (All centrally bookable rooms & centrally managed clusters). 1. Design. 2. Supply. 3. Installation. 4. Support and maintenance. 5. Managed operations.
