Tender description
This will be a framework agreement for the purchase, delivery, supply, installation, and continued maintenance of Infusion Devices and associated products including consumables. Contract Value: over the life of the Framework agreement project spend is estimated in the range of £18m-25m, this is based on previous Framework and the NOE CPC provides no guarantee this Framework will achieve that level of spend. The scope of this framework will be to enable trusts to procure infusion devices in one or a number of categories, namely: — Syringe Drivers — Volumetric Pumps — Dual Pumps — TCI (including PK) — PCA — Ambulatory — Epidural — Docking Stations A bidder does not need to provide solutions for all these categories but does require to deliver in at least one category to be accepted on the framework. Please be advised that if an organisation can only supply consumables and no infusion devices that fall into the above categories, their bid will be automatically dismissed and the organisation will not be accepted onto the framework. Elastomeric single use devices are outside scope of this framework. The Framework will be for a duration of 4 years and is accessible by all contracting authorities listed with the documentation. Following award onto the Framework, call-offs can be via direct award or further competition. As part of the restricted procedure bidders are required to fill out the Standard Questionnaire (SQ) and return via IN-Tend portal by 18.1.2017. Only bidders who successfully pass the SQ, pass criteria is listed in the SQ document. Bidder who pass the SQ will then be invited to tender. Project go live date for the ITT is 27.1.2017 and is projected to close on the 28.2.2017. Minimum number of tenderers envisaged to be accepted onto the Framework is 5 and maximum is 15 based on Market Scoping exercise, these numbers may change.
