North Lanarkshire Council wishes to establish a single lot framework agreement for the Provision of Winter Assistance Services. North Lanarkshire Council wishes to establish a single lot framework agreement for the Provision of Winter Assistance Services. Services within the Winter Assistance Framework Agreement, include but are not limited to; Road Gritting, Snow Clearance, Removal and Disposal, and Pot Hole Repair. Tenderers should be aware that the resulting framework agreement will in the main, only be utilised in the event of widespread service disruption as a result of adverse winter weather in which the Councils main roads contractors are unable to undertake the level of service required. Furthermore tenderers should note that if appointed to the framework, there is no guarantee of any business being awarded to them.
