Tender description
Provision of support services at home under Self Directed Support Legislation. Provision of Self Directed Home Support Services. At the initial stages of the framework this will involve the traditional provision of a home support service described in terms of hours and durations. For the majority of new business and at the point of review for existing service users, support will be arranged and managed through the use of individual budgets and achievement of outcomes.
