Tender description

London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (‘Nominated Lead’) is undertaking the procurement process for itself and on behalf of Merton and Wandsworth for Integrated Sexual Health Services. The service is expected to be aligned with the provisions within the London wide e-healthcare service to improve service user experience, deliver better sexual health outcomes and provide cost effect delivery and good quality services. The service will include core Level 1 — 3 clinical sexual health services providing contraception and STI testing,treatment and management within a sub-regional hub and spoke model. This element of the service will be paid based on activity using the revised London Integrated Sexual Health Tariff. Cross-charging for activities delivered to out of borough patients is expected. The service also includes the following aligned services: — Sexual health outreach, engagement, prevention and intervention service for STIs (including HIV) and contraception for the vulnerable/at risk individuals and groups (all ages) (Wandsworth only) — Young People's Outreach service (Merton only) — Management of Condom Distribution Scheme across (Richmond and Wandsworth) — Management and leadership of National Chlamydia Screening Programme for London (all boroughs) — Care and Support services for people living with HIV (Wandsworth only).
