Tender description

It is Kent County Councils intention to commission a new offer to support vulnerable older people in the community: Our aim is to commission a new model which: — Promotes and maintains people's independence and well-being — Enables people to have choice and control — Enables KCC to work more strategically with providers — Encourages providers to work together — Incentivises the right behaviour — being outcome focussed — Avoids duplication, waste and confusion To aid in this, we are holding 2 stakeholder events on the: — 10th January — 10:00 — 16:30 (Venue TBC) West Kent location — 20th January — 10:00 — 16:30 (Venue TBC) East Kent location. You will only need to attend 1 event as both events will cover identical themes and information. We will release the locations and venues in due course To request your place, please email communitysupport@kent.gov.uk Please note, due to limitations on space, KCC require that no more than 2 people per organisation are in attendance. This will be communicated when details of the event are confirmed.
