Tender description
Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council wishes to procure a services provider in respect of the supply, installation, operation and maintenance of a gymnasium facility at Lough Moss Leisure Centre, Hillsborough Road, Carryduff, BT8 8HR. The Council requires the provision of gymnasium equipment, as well as appropriate services required to operate the gymnasium on a daily basis to include classes and other programmes. The Council will grant the service provider a licence to operate the gymnasium. The Council intends to procure this via the competitive dialogue procedure.
