Tender description

Assignment under the Market Research MR130001 Agreement Contract. This qualitative research will look to understand customer responses to GNS messaging. GNS messages are digital messages triggered at certain points in a tax month when a customer has not met their obligations in relation to RTI. This research will look to explore whether GNS messages are easily accessible, clear, and enable customers to meet their obligations. Specifically it will explore: • Customer awareness and understanding of GNS messages; • How useful customers find the GNS messages; and • How customers respond to the GNS messages.
