Framework Agreement for the Provision of Day Services in Cumbria A 5-year Framework Agreement using an Any Qualified Provider approach to enable the development of a broad range (catalogue) of Day Services in Cumbria. Providers are invited to join the Day Services Framework and submit services for inclusion as a "approved service" i.e purchased by the Council for individuals assessed under social care legislation who need care managed support. it is envisaged that providers on the Framework can submit new service(s) proposal via a message on the Chest which may be evaluated at any time but may be up to 3 months from date of submission. Providers can apply to join the Framework at any time during the 5 years and will be accepted at intervals set by the council (circa every 3 months).
