Tender description

The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs as represented by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), acting as part of the Crown, seeks to appoint a suitably qualified provider for the provision of a scoping study to provide clear information, analysis and evidence on how markets can be opened up, including for UK providers, to support the low carbon transition and the Sustainable Development Goal of ensuring access to affordable and sustainable energy for all. The study would support the refinement of the proposed energy and low carbon programmes for years 2-5 of the Prosperity Fund, and identify appropriate and impactful interventions to inform the design of additional low carbon programme bids, including potential Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) implementation support work.
