Tender description

The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs as represented by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, acting as part of the Crown, is seeking to appoint a service provider for the provision for a scoping study to provide commercial and economic analysis on the Business Environment reforms required in our Priority 1 countries: Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan and Priority 2 countries: Georgia and Turkmenistan. A scoping study to support the building of an evidence base for Prosperity Fund Programming Activity to support reforms to the Business Environment in Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia.
