Tender description

The NHSBSA is looking to procure a Facilities Management helpdesk solution which allows department managers and core service operatives to log faults via an internet web portal from any computer on any NHSBSA premises. This flexibility will allow users to alert the Property and Facilities Department of any Property, Facilities or Services based faults as and when they arise. The help desk will allow the user to track the progress of the faults they raise and will be notified by email as the job progresses to completion. The Helpdesk will also allow users to keep a record of previous faults raised and have the option of re‐raising those jobs should the fault not be satisfactorily resolved.
