Tender description

To provide a means of moving customers requiring mobility assistance around the station vicinity and on/off trains at 1 of our 18 stations, a typical journey would be from the Mobility Assistance office in the concourse to a platform. Accessibility ramps may be required to board/leave the train. Most of our stations are very large and some have slopes/ramps and automatic ticket barriers to be negotiated. Network Rail from time to time requires additional/replacement accessibility ramps to support its Mobility Assistance service at 18 large railway stations throughout the UK.
