To design, build and manage an online dynamic web training portal and diagnostic tool, complete with reporting tool, on-going maintenance and hosting. The portal will be a dynamic web resource with the ability for a customer to access effective and tailored solutions at any given time. This approach puts the customer very much in control through providing access to transactional, task focussed and strategic advice, information and tools as well as access to a standard directory of providers, news and events calendar. The web portal must include a suitable learning management system plug in to allow constant publishing of new course content. The online programme will be more than a business support website. It will be a digital hub - hosting evolving material which will meet business needs and demands. The programme will deliver a flexible, customer centric, ‘on demand’ approach to business engagement with tailored learning based on clients’ needs and growth rates. The successful tenderer will develop and maintain a web portal that excels in user experience, maximises search engine optimisation, allows tracking and monitoring of users, meets all industry standards and accurately reflects the objectives of the programme as well as Arch’s services and ethos.
