North Lanarkshire Council is currently considering its approach to the construction of new build housing, including but not limited to appointment of development partners and the construction of stand alone and mixed tenure housing. It is envisaged that the procurement approach will be influenced in part by market capability and capacity. In order to understand these market conditions the Council intends to hold an open day with all interested parties. The purpose of the day is to provide the market with information on the Council's proposals for New Build Housing and to gain some intelligence on market experience of delivering similar developments and market capacity. The route to market has yet to be defined therefore information on the allocation of Lots will be detailed in future notices. Council new build programme, including mixed tenure projects.
