Tender description

The following is provided in good faith and is intended only as a preliminary background explanation to the Translink Group's requirement it does not purport to be all inclusive. Northern Ireland Railways wish to establish a Framework of Economic Operators to provide Civil and Structural Design services to the NIR Railway network. This framework will run for a 4-year period (subject to break clauses). The estimated spend for this Framework over 4 years is in the region of 5 000 000 GBP. The anticipated contract start date is March 2016. Dates may be subject to change. The Translink Group reserve the right to accept part of any Tender from 1 or any number of Tenderers and may change the contracting strategy at any time. The Civil Engineering Professional Services Framework will cover Civil and Structural disciplines but may also be used by other disciplines within Translink such as Permanent Way, Signaling and Telecoms, Network Engineering and Property as required to support the Economic Operators requirements.
