The following is provided in good faith and is intended only as a preliminary background explanation to the Translink Group's requirement, it does not purport to be all inclusive. The scope of services is for the provision of External Audit Services. The aim of this exercise is to determine a select list to be invited to tender, whereby following the tender, 1 sole service provider will be selected. The anticipated start date is October 2016 however dates may be subject to change.
