Tender description

The London Borough of Lambeth (the ‘Council’) wishes to procure One Stop Shop Building Surveying Consultancy Services and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultancy Services for the School Capital Maintenance Programme 2015 / 20. The appointment will be for a four year period, renewable annually in accordance with the annual review of the programme. The total value of the programme is estimated to be 2 500 000 GBP to 3 000 000 GBP pa but this figure will vary according to funding available. Restricted procedure with 6 successful bidders shortlisted to the ITT stage. This stage will then be evaluated with 60 % quality / 40 % price.
