ESB is requesting proposals from organisations capable of providing marketing support services to support the market entry of our new subsidiary ( codenamed ‘Project Arrow’, which will initially enter the Dual Fuel Residential segment of the Energy Supply market in Great Britain i.e. England, Scotland and Wales). The key services and areas of importance are as follows: — Marketing Planning. — Creative Services — ATL, BTL and Digital. — Digital campaigning. o Optimisation o SEO o PPC o Analytics o Social media advertising and content o Email marketing — Account Management. — Remuneration and Costs. — Third party costs. — Sub Contactors. — Cost control. Interested parties should note that this selection process is not governed by the provisions of Directive 2004/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council or Directive 2004/17/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council or Directive 2014/14/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council (or the Irish regulations transposing those Directives) and ESB does not intend to follow the procedures or rules set out in those Directives/Regulations in this selection process.
