Tender description

The Council are considering the purchase of an insurance product which covers the strain cost relating to Tier I and Tier II ill health retirements permitted under the Local Government Pension Scheme. The policy will offer insurance to employers of the local government pension schemes operated by West Sussex County Council against the cost of ill health retirements. The Council wish to understand if any products currently available on the market will meet these needs. This is a Request For Information only at this stage following publication of a Prior Information Notice to the OJEU on 5th Feb 2016.
