Tender description

Halton Borough Council is embarking on a programme of work that is intending to transform the existing Domiciliary Care provision in the Borough. Currently the sector is commissioned in a traditional way that is task orientated. We are looking to shift the service delivery to be outcome based and to demonstrate cost-effectiveness as well as improved quality of life for individuals. As a result Halton Borough Council is seeking organisations or consultants who can clearly demonstrate that they are able to deliver the required objectives. The programme will be split into five Lots which will each contribute to the overall programme. Organisations can complete an application for any or all of the Lots. Keywords: Domiciliary Care
