PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A SOFT MARKET TEST ONLY TO ASSIST THE COUNCIL WITH RESEARCH AND PREPARATION AND IS NOT A FORMAL TENDER. THIS MAY OR MAY NOT LEAD TO A PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITY IN THE FUTURE Halton Borough Council is currently considering options for tendering for a Minor Building Works and Painting and Decoration Framework. The framework could possibly be split into two lots focussing specifically upon Minor Building Works and Painting and Decoration under a value threshold of £10,000. The majority of individual jobs are estimated to be between the value of £500 and £4,000. Examples include but are not limited to the following: Repairs to ramps Renewal of automatic doors Small roofing repairs Partition Installations Small structural works Painting and Decoration - various As part of the Soft Market Test we are inviting organisations to complete the attached template with details of their interest should this become a procurement opportunity in the future. .
