Floating Housing Related Support for Young People Aged 16 — 25 Years Old The aim of the Service is to provide short term, intensive, floating Housing Related Support for young people and young parents aged 16 to 25 years old living in the community with various types of properties regardless of the tenure. The floating support should not last more than 2 years. Housing Related Support will enable Customers to gain the skills, knowledge and experience to secure and/or maintain their own accommodation and live independently. Generic Floating Housing Related Support The aim of the Service is to provide short term, intensive, Housing Related Support lasting not more than 1 year for Customers aged 25 years and above. Housing Related Support will enable Customers to gain the skills, knowledge and experience to secure and/or maintain their own accommodation and live independently.
