Tender description

HMPO are looking to procure a taxi services for a member of staff who is wheelchair user and his aide, as part of the access to work scheme. The service will be between, the Home address and the postcode PR8 2HH. The service will run on a Monday, Wednesday and a Friday. The pick up time will be 12:15 from the Home address and 16:15 from the Office address (PR8 2HH) The requirement is ongoing and the passenger may also need the option of assistance. This includes the provision of wheelchair ramps, support during entrance and exit of passenger from the taxi and assistance in securing of the wheelchair and passenger in the taxi. Further details of the requirement can be found on the attached document. The contract start date is subject to change.
