Tender description

This ITT has been created by Leeds & York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Its purpose is to invite proposals from suitably experienced, resourced and qualified supplier(s) of Governance & Organisational Management Review services. The required review will be conducted in support of Monitor’s governance review guidance for NHS Foundation Trusts. The Trust is required to carry out an external review of its governance arrangements every three years. This review is to be carried out in accordance with best practice contained within Monitor’s Risk Assessment Framework & Well-led Framework for Governance Reviews and in line with Monitor’s Code of Governance.
