Tender description

Contract for the provision of Estate Management services for Network Rail's Corporate Office portfolio. The Contract shall include ‘Core’ services and ‘Call-off’ Services which shall include: — Strategic portfolio advice; — Account/service management; — Critical date management; — Day-to-day estate and property management (e.g. queries, access, landlord liaison, lease obligations, car parking, consents, etc.); — Transactions, rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions, disposals, service charge challenges, insurance challenges, break clauses and dilapidations; — Reporting and management information; — Planning; — Building surveying.
