Tender description

The primary function of the equipment will be 3D cell and tissue (organoid) cultures and the proposed work will be either long-term imaging at the system or imaging and return to the laboratory for several stages of imaging. A secondary function is to continue work carried out from incubator based imaging systems, with high magnification time lapse. Key to the success of the instrument in the laboratory will be accurate incubator level of cell maintenance
