RBH has 4 shared ownership residential premises in the north east of the borough of Rochdale in the area called Great Howarth. All 4 blocks are 3-storey and built in traditional brick and concrete construction. All 4 blocks are adjacent to one another. The cleaning contract relates only to the communal external and internal areas only, and not the residential properties. Please see the attached specification document for more details.
