Tender description

Supply of services through specified personnel with appropriate IT and business skills with experience of IT systems development work, including the preparation of investment business cases, business analysis, specification of requirements, system design and implementation, system upgrades, data migration, testing, related IT quality assurance and also building web based and mobile applications. Management consultancy support with specialist utility expertise to support the implementation of new policy initiatives within the Electricity and Gas sectors is also required. Further information will be provided in the Project Information Memorandum. Applicants will be assessed in accordance with Part 4 of the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2006, as amended, on the basis of information provided in response to a pre-qualification questionnaire (‘PQQ’) in line with those instructions outlined in the Project Information Memorandum (PIM). Copies of the PIM and PPQ are available on request by email to procurement@viridiangroup.co.uk, which will issue login details for electronic access. Completed PQQs must be returned to Viridian, electronically at the address in section I.1) before the deadline specified in section IV.3.4) below. Viridian currently envisages appointing approximately 15 participants to the framework agreement.
