Tender description

This notice will initiate a competition to re-open an already established open select list of approved providers to supply community supported living services to Lincolnshire County Council. The Open Select List was first established in June 2015 and runs until 31.5.2020. The purpose of the service is to enable vulnerable adults to develop existing skills or acquire new skills to increase their independence in daily living through appropriate risk taking, their opportunities for education and employment, and ultimately meet their desired outcomes as detailed within their Personal Plan. In addition services need to be focused on keeping individuals healthy and safe. When the Open Select List was first established in June 2015, we indicated that we would re-advertise the Open Select List annually to attract new Providers and keep the supply base fresh and in line with our demand. We have increased the frequency of re-advertising in line with our current demand and re-advertising will continue to be done to meet these needs. This will be at least once annually and may be more frequent. This is a PIN notice as a call for competition for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, Article 74.
