Tender description

For transparency purposes only. The Medical Delivery Team (Med DT) required six items of medical equipment to be assessed to ensure the safe use of medical equipment on board military aircraft. The assessment, along with an assessment of compliance, is to demonstrate that this equipment conforms to airworthiness and safety requirements and Electro Magnetic Compatibility (‘EMC’) & Environmental Testing. All assessments are required to be carried out against the ‘Generic SPAME v5’ document which outlines the standards required for performing evaluations of this type. This requirement was competed under the Framework Agreement for Technical Support (FATS) STS franework agreement.
