Tender description

RMBC is looking for an experienced supplier to provide a Sundry Debtors platform which will perform a range of services, including a total billing and recovery process from the raising of customer accounts and invoices, through recovery stages including use of external collection agents and legal proceedings. It must also be able to integrate with the Council financial solution which is currently provided by Advanced Business Solutions. RMBC is looking for an experienced supplier to provide a externally hosted Sundry Debtors software platform which will perform a range of services, including a total billing and recovery process from the raising of customer accounts and invoices, through recovery stages including use of external collection agents and legal proceedings. It must also be able to integrate with the Council financial solution which is currently provided by Advanced Business Solutions this agreement will be for initial period of 5 years, with the option to extend at the sole discretion of RMBC for a further 2 years. The estimated value of this contract is approximately 350 000 GBP. However this does not carry any guarantee of turnover and any estimated volumes of business are indicative and may vary upwards or downwards depending on actual future needs. The details set out in this ITT are given in good faith and believed to be correct. However, RMBC does not warrant the accuracy of those details and each Tenderer should make its own appropriate enquiries.
