Tender description

The University of Derby wishes to replace the broken glazing to various windows on the three towers at the Kedleston Road, Derby, as detailed in this tender specification and attached Pricing Schedule. The Works will be undertaken under the JCT Minor Works Contract (2011 Edition). CDM discussion should be directed to Ian Tomblin in the first instance. F10 initial notification will be submitted to the HSE prior to work starting, if required Please contact Ian Tomblin on 01332 592120 or Tony Roberts on 01332 591103 to arrange a site survey.
