Tender description

The Project is for the the delivery of farming advice mandated under Regulation EU number 1306/2013 for calander year 2016. The Farm Advice Service (FAS) is an EU statutory requirement . All farmers claiming under the Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) and other CAP support schemes are required to comply with certain conditions. It is a Legal requirement that Defra offers the provision of advice country-wide to Farmers on how they meet these requirements
