Invitation to Tender (eITT) for Daedalus Airfield Operator Service Contract (01 April 2016 to 31 March 2021 with 5 year extension option) commencing on Friday 1st April 2016 using Competitive Procedure with Negotiation. OJEU Contract Notice 2012/S225-409911 (20/11/15). Request to Participate phase: Prospective tenderers who have fully read the Councils outcome specification (see Appendix B specification general and 1.8 vision) and have the capability to deliver the service and help the Council deliver its vision for Daedalus Airfield should complete and return Appendix C1 by the deadline set Thursday 03/12/15 (12noon) via the South East Business Portal (SEBP). Note: the request to participate is a pass/fail stage. All requests to participate for will be acknowledged and pass/fail confirmed via the SEBP. Timeline alert: Please note that the deadline for receipt of initial tenders has been set for Tuesday 15/12/15 (12 noon). Therefore, we have included ALL documentation to enable tenderers to commence bid preparations with immediate effect.
