Tender description
The council is seeking to procure cleaning and security services across its property portfolio, with contracts commencing 1.9.2016. Both services have been provided by a variety of contracted partners since 2001. The council is seeking bids from professional companies for cleaning and / or security services to commence operations on 1.9.2016. The contract term will be initially for 5 years, with the council's option to extend by 2 further 12 month periods. Contract award is expected to take place by 1.6.2016.
