Framework for Asbestos Related Services, Lot 1 Management Surveys Refurbishment Surveys Demolitions Surveys Bulk Sampling Statutory Compliance Training Emergency Call-out Service Minor Remediation Works. Lot 2 Asbestos Removal Works Asbestos Encapsulation Works Emergency Call-out Service. Lot 3 Air Testing — Carrying out of personal, background, reassurance and reoccupation sampling as per HSG 248. Leak Tests. Background Air Testing. Reassurance Air Testing. Personal Monitoring. Four Stage Clearance (including reoccupation certification) Emergency Call-out Service. Once the Framework is established, any of the Framework Users listed will be able to use the framework, but KCC will continue to have oversight of the process to ensure proper management and operation of the Framework The framework is intended to be accessible to the following Indicative list of contracting authorities:. The framework agreement is for use by or on behalf of public sector bodies (and their respective statutory successors and organisations created as a result of re-organisations or organisational changes) The public sector bodies and non-departmental bodies, to whom the use of this framework agreement will be open, include without limitation, to those listed in http://local.direct.gov.uk/LDGRedirect/Start.do?mode=1 andhttp://www.civilservice.gov.uk/about/resources/ndpb The Government Ministerial departments, Non ministerial departments, Agencies and other public bodies and Public corporations are listed but not limited to that in https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations Local Authorities which are eligible to use this Framework listed in the above Geographical areas but not limited to can be found at http://openlylocal.com/councils/all and http://www.idea.gov.uk/idk/org/la-data.do The acute NHS trusts which are eligible to use this Framework listed in the above Geographical areas but not limited to can be found at http://www.nhs.uk/servicedirectories/pages/acutetrustlisting.aspx NHS Foundations Trusts are eligible to use this Framework listed in the above Geographical areas but not limited to can be found at http://www.monitor.gov.uk/about-your-local-nhs-foundation-trust/nhs-foundation-trust-directory-and-register-licence-holders?letter=AllFT Police forces and other emergency services, including fire and rescue services, the Maritime and Coastguard Agency and other rescue authorities (a list of police authorities and fire and rescue services can be found respectively at the following: http://www.police.uk/forces.htm http://www.fireservice.co.uk/information/ukfrs andhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Her_Majesty%27s_Coastguard and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_RNLI_stations andhttp://www.nhs.uk/ServiceDirectories/Pages/AmbulanceTrustListing.aspx Educational establishments (ie schools maintained by local authorities; academies; city technology, colleges; the learning and skills council; further education establishments, and universities, a list can be found at www.education.gov.uk and http://www.civilservice.gov.uk/about/resources/ndpb and http://www.schoolswebdirectory.co.uk/ The Ministry of Defence is eligible to use this Framework listed in the above Geographical areas but not limited to can be found at https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations#ministry-of-defence The Prison Service is eligible to use this Framework listed in the above Geographical areas but not limited to can be found at http://www.justice.gov.uk/contacts/prison-finder/prisonfinder-a-z The Port Authority are eligible to use this Framework listed in the above Geographical areas but not limited to can be found at http://www.ports.org.uk/allportstext.asp Registered social landlords (RSLs), a list of such authorities being available at: http://www.housingcorp.gov.uk/server/show/nav.489) housing arm's length management organisations (ALMO's) a list is available at www.almos.org.uk and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_RNLI_stations Registered charities, as detailed at http://www.charity-commission.gov.uk All other contracting authorities cited by name or class in Regulation 3 of and/or Schedule 1 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended). All other bodies who are Utilities, and who are cited by name or class in Schedule 1 to the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2006. All Government bodies that move to the new government website GOV.UK There will be no obligation on either The Kent County Council or any other contracting authority to enter into call off contracts with the provider appointed nor will any guarantee be given as to the quantity, value or regularity of call off contracts to be made.
