The Contract is for the refurbishment of former Lightkeepers’ dwellings and associated siteworks at St. Johns Point, Co. Donegal. •The works include refurbishment of listed dwellings formerly used as lightkeepers dwellings . •The project is to be delivered in a sustainable format minimising the impact on the local area, access to he site is limited and impacts on sensitive environmentally protected landscapes. •The existing buildings are listed or are of significant Architectural merit, all the sites are located on exposed coastal locations and subject to extremes of weather conditions maintaining high build quality is critical to the long term building sustainability
