Tender description

The East Riding of Yorkshire Council Public Health team tendered for Drug and Alcohol services under 4 Lots: Lot 1 — Access; Lot 2 — Clinical; Lot 3 — Criminal justice; Lot 4 — Adult services community rehabilitation programmes. Lots 1: 1 to 3 inclusive were block contracts and Lot 4 was let as a sole provider framework with call-offs. Services will be delivered across the Geographic footprint of the East Riding of Yorkshire at local bases to be agreed with the Providers. Lots 1 to 3 had individually specified budget ranges. Lot 4 had an indicative budget range based on historical usage. Ranges Lot 1 — Access; 2 592 500 GBP to 2 897 500 GBP; Lot 2 — Clinical; 7 742 905 GBP to 8 653 835 GBP; Lot 3 — Criminal justice; 1 321 750 GBP to 1 477 250 GBP; Lot 4 — Adult services community rehabilitation programmes; 71 400 GBP to 84 000 GBP. Totals: 11 728 555 GBP to 13 112 585 GBP. Budget ranges assume the full extension option is exercised. The agreements are for an initial term of 3 years with an option to extend for up to 2 further years except for Lot 4 which will has a 1 year extension, at the Commissioners sole discretion and subject to continued funding.
