NHS National Services Scotland wishes to procure a Patient/Carer Online Feedback Service under a single supplier framework on behalf of all NHS Boards in Scotland. This framework can be used by any Board at that Board's choice. We are looking for an off the shelf solution that will require a minimum of development from a company which has experience in deploying, interfacing and maintaining such systems. We have provided a request for information and ask you complete and return by 16.1.2017. This notice is a replacement for a previous notice which was headed Patient Opinion Website. NHS National Services Scotland wishes to procure a Patient/Carer Online Feedback Service under a single supplier framework on behalf of all NHS Boards in Scotland. This framework can be used by any Board at that Board's choice. We are looking for an off the shelf solution that will require a minimum of development from a company which has experience in deploying, interfacing and maintaining such systems. The service provider should also be able to provide an effective moderation service, training and support for staff to implement the system across NHS Scotland, and regular reporting to NHS Boards and the Scottish Government.
