Tenders are invited for Land Letting of c.31 hectares in IDA Belcamp

Tender description

Tenders are invited for Land Letting for a period of One Year with an option for a Three Year Agreement. The agreement shall be for Hay/Silage use only on c.31.00 hectares of IDA Ireland Lands Belcamp, Co. Dublin. The licensee will be responsible for any fencing necessary and the removal of ragwort and any other noxious weeds from the land. The lands shall be let for the purposes stated above only. Land Lettings from c. 1st October 2016 to 30th September 2017 subject to termination at one month’s notice, should the lands be required in whole or in part by IDA Ireland. Tender Price shall be the annual fixed price for either the One or Three Year Agreement. The Three Year Agreement to be paid for in full, in advance or, by Annual Payments with the Agreement renewed each year following payment. Tender submissions to be titled “Tenders for Land Letting in IDA Belcamp” and clearly stating a) the price per annum offered and b) if a One Year or Three Year Term is required.
