Tender description

The works will provide flood protection for residential properties adjacent to and north of Southfield Manor Park in the Charlton Kings area of Cheltenham, located approximately 2.5km southeast of the town centre. The key element of the scheme is an earth bund/embankment and pipe connection to an existing storm water drainage system. Flood protection is provided by the creation of flood storage and the control of overland flow paths during a flood event.
