Calmac Ferries Limited are looking to procure a cloud based HSQE data capture and reporting tool that will help to meet reporting requirements which the business has committed to delivering as part of the new CHFS2 contract. The proposed system should capture basic items into a central repository for analysis and reporting. The system should be enabled to capture, track, investigate, report and analyse incidents and accidents, control risks and ultimately improve Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental performance. Requirements include the ability to work and submit reports offline, use the system on mobile devices and provide online forms which will allow data entry into adaptable workflow, all within a user friendly interface.
