Tender description

This is a time-limited, high intensity supported housing project to provide accommodation and support to homeless people with mental health needs who are not accessing mental health services. Support will be provided to people who are not in receipt of or not eligible for secondary mental health services, but who may be in receipt of primary care for mental health needs.
