Tender description

This procurement is comprised of 3 lots ( North, South and Midlands) for Term Maintenance of Commercial and Domestic Boilers, Associated plant and mechanical services at various properties. The service comprises of: Inspections, Servicing and Planned Preventative Maintenance, Responsive Repairs and 24/7 Breakdown Cover, Planned Minor Works, Site surveys and Asset/Condition Reports of communal heating/hot water systems, boilers, calorifiers, pressure vessels, pumps, controls, ventilation, ducting, commercial kitchens, tanks, and associated M&E equipment or pipework across regions including Commercial sites. The initial term is for 3 years (1 425 000 GBP) with an option to extend for a further 2 years (475 000 GBP per annum). Bidders can bid for 1 or more lots. The service comprises of: Inspections, Servicing and Planned Preventative Maintenance, Responsive Repairs and 24/7 Breakdown Cover, Planned Minor Works, Site surveys and Asset/Condition Reports of communal heating/hot water systems, boilers, calorifiers, pressure vessels, pumps, controls, ventilation, ducting, commercial kitchens, tanks, and associated M&E equipment or pipework across North (Up to Bedfordshire including London, North of the Thames) regions including Commercial sites. The service comprises of: Inspections, Servicing and Planned Preventative Maintenance, Responsive Repairs and 24/7 Breakdown Cover, Planned Minor Works, Site surveys and Asset/Condition Reports of communal heating/hot water systems, boilers, calorifiers, pressure vessels, pumps, controls, ventilation, ducting, commercial kitchens, tanks, and associated M&E equipment or pipework across Midlands (Midlands region including Northamptonshire) regions including Commercial sites.
