Tender description

Leicestershire County Council (the Employer) is seeking to identify and appoint up to 8 No Suppliers on to a framework to supply ready mix concrete. The following is a summary list of the Supplier's responsibilities under the contract. — Supply and delivery of ready mix concrete to sites and depots across Leicestershire. — Provision of collection facilities for the Employer to collect directly from the Suppliers premises/batching plant. — Assessment of the Health and Safety implications and implementation of safe systems of work, plans and appropriate. Leicestershire County Council (the Employer) is seeking to identify and appoint up to 8 No Suppliers on to a Framework Agreement to supply ready mix concrete. The estimated contract value is 250 000 GBP per annum or up to 1 000 000 GBP maximum contract value (if extension taken).
