The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is looking for a supplier to provide a peer group coaching resource to the leadership and management community at LBTH. This solution will be aligned to our learning and development strategy and will ensure that managers and leaders have relevant, powerful and applicable coaching modules when they need it. LBTH has agreed a Leadership and Development Programme which includes a coaching element. This has been identified as necessary for senior managers so that they are able to develop the skills to become stronger leaders and role models and are able to share their knowledge and skills with their peers and other staff they coach. Effective coaching will help the organisation to reach its potential by transferring skills, experience and good practice to others therefore helping the organisation grow.
