Tender description
Consultancy Services for Procurement of an Electronic Medical Record Solution. Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust (PHT), through NHS South of England Procurement Services (SoEPS), is seeking expressions of interest from consultancies wishing to support PHT's procurement of an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) / Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solution as part of its eHospital programme. This is not a call for competition — PHT is not seeking detailed proposals at this stage but is looking to better understand the potential market interest and available consultancies capable of supporting the Trust. There is no commitment on the part of the Trust or respondents to this PIN.
